Modifying Nintex Workflow Task Item "view"

Nintex Workflow overrides the "Edit" screen of a workflow, but doesn't change the "View" screen.  Here is how to change the "View" for Nintex Workflow tasks... such as hiding any unused fields like due date.

1. Editing the workflow action item and note the Content type of the item you want to adjust ("ProjectNum" in screenshot below).
2. Go to the Workflow Tasks List, open List Settings and modify the content type by hiding whatever fields you don't want visible.
